- Is Pet Care + required to book a walk?
- No. Pet Care + is a separate digital membership with educational content and specialized guidance for your pet: you can book walking services without it.
- Where does Pup Fiction offer services?
- Pup Fiction currently serves Brooklyn · Queens · Manhattan. Tell us your neighborhood when you request care and we'll confirm availability before anything is booked.
- What happens during a Meet & Greet?
- It's a chance for us to meet you and your pet, learn their routine, personality, preferences, and care instructions, and make sure everyone feels comfortable before the first service.
- Does Pup Fiction care for cats too?
- Absolutely. Pup Fiction offers cat visits that can include feeding, fresh water, litter box care, companionship, photos, and an update after each visit. We also offer in-home pet sitting for longer periods away.
