When you create an account, request a service, or add a pet profile, we collect information like your name, email, phone number, home address (when relevant to a service), and details about your pet: breed, age, routines, feeding, medication, allergies, and behavior notes. During visits, our walkers may record photos and factual notes about what happened.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to schedule and provide pet care services, communicate with you (status updates, walk reports, confirmations), respond to your requests, and improve our service. We never use your pet's health or behavior information for anything other than providing safe, informed care.
How We Protect Your Information
Your data is stored with Supabase, using row-level security so that only you and authorized Pup Fiction staff can access your household's information. Photos and reports are kept in access-controlled storage, not publicly accessible.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate, like our email and hosting providers, under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Your Choices
You can review and update your account and pet profile information anytime from Settings. To request a full copy or deletion of your data, contact us using the information below.

We use only essential cookies required to keep you securely logged in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adult pet owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
