Our Services
Pup Fiction provides dog walking, pet sitting, and related pet care services in Brooklyn · Queens · Manhattan.
Requests Are Not Confirmed Bookings
Submitting a request through our site or app is not a confirmed booking. We'll follow up to confirm availability, pricing, and scheduling before any service begins.
Meet & Greet
New clients complete a Meet & Greet before regular service begins, so we can learn about your pet and confirm everyone is comfortable moving forward.
Accurate Pet Information
You agree to provide accurate, current information about your pet's health, behavior, and care needs, and to tell us promptly about any changes (medication, allergies, new triggers, and so on).
Home Access
If a service requires access to your home, you authorize our staff to enter under the arrangements you provide. Please keep us informed of any changes to entry instructions.
Payment
Pricing is confirmed with you directly before a service is booked. Payment terms are provided at that time.

Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable, professional care with every pet we look after. Pets can be unpredictable, and to the extent permitted by law, Pup Fiction is not liable for incidents outside our reasonable control, except in cases of gross negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These are personal recommendations only, not professional, medical, or veterinary advice, and we are not responsible for how any recommended product, food, or third-party service works for your pet.
